Few opportunities to do the “pro’s”. Communication and data reliability an internal challenge.

Decent pay, good benefits, friendly people to work with, jobs are super easy for the pay.

Cons

Management sucks-no communication, 3 days off a month, they will screw you over any way they can, you rarely get to see friends and family since you work your life away.
