      CEO communicates often and is very positive about the company direction. Great ERGS!

      Cons

      Leadership under CEO is weak. Too many seat fillers not making actionable decisions. Senior leaders unsure of strategy and lack passion for rolling up their sleeves and growing.

      Pros

      Love working for TreeHouse. They are committed to inclusion and diversity. They take care of their people. They care about their employees as people and not just about their performance.

      Cons

      The only negative has been because of the market, Private Brands are struggling to maintain their place without necessary price hikes and dealing with the headwinds of labor shortages and the like. The company has responded well, but the market is so volatile, that it makes it difficult to feel secure.

      Great wages, great job experience

      Cons

      They are not family friendly, they expect you to work too many hours- no choice. Training is not very good, they keep people that are lazy around just because of seniority. Favouritism is obvious.
