Pros
Very good bonus every two years, but it is not worth the daily frustration and stress you will endure if you make the mistake of working for TreeHouse Foods.
Cons
No discernible channel strategy. Horrible commercialization process. Poor communication at all levels. The company operates in siloes, which makes it very difficult to get anything done. I did not receive an exit interview when I left, which, in my opinion, speaks volumes regarding the lack of culture and values.
