      Sometimes you work with people who share your hobbies and love for bikes…

      Cons

      All of it. Prepare to be in an understaffed environment, expected to hit target goals, doing the job of 3 people all while getting underpaid to do the one job they hired you for. On top of possibly getting your hours cut on a weekly basis with them implementing a new scheduling strategy… you aren’t guaranteed hours, because they are doing what’s best for the company, instead of what’s best for their employees that they convinced to work for their company that’s in shambles.

      Inadequate Pay Extreme Lack of Diversity (Everyone is Straight and White/White Passing) Frequent Hour Cutbacks No Compensation for Being Bilingual (Speaking to Spanish Speaking Customers Daily) Limited Career Growth No Track Bikes Trek is on life support and their employees are suffering Trek is in over their heads. They bought too many local bike shops.

      Cafe and causal dress, that about it.

      Cons

      Low pay, high cost insurance with poor coverage, no work life balance. CFO is full of himself. Made people get his packages from the mailroom. If you didn't ride a bike all the time, you are an outcast. No room for advancement.
