Most of my coworkers love to ride bikes and have a great time. If you able to work in the office they have great lunches.

Cons

Low pay across the board. Upper management has a toxic work culture and doesn't look out for employees. VERY slow to change.

Cons

Price objections: Trek needs the 1960s equivalent of the VW Beetle in the e-bike sector, or the 2000s equivalent of the iPhone, in order to get the most people on bikes possible. Strategy is rigid in terms of being driven by M&A, while there is still a lack of agility in supply chain and manufacturing, getting bikes to people, and the e-bike segment is overpriced.
