Pros

Good training with Trek University. Clean store to work in.

Cons

Low pay. No lunches or breaks. Only valued as a number with Ascend analytics and not a human being. Margin above mission. No thank you’s for hard work. Lack of Leadership and empathy. Recent Trek World 2020, CEO was scripted reading off cue cards. Jim Collins would be mortified if he knew how this company was managed and not lead. Just ok and will never be Great.
