Pros

Discounts on bikes and accessories, best cafe ever, flexible hours, fun product, most people there are friendly and a joy to work with. Great place for someone fresh out of college to get some experience for a few years before moving on.

Cons

Long hours and lower than average pay. Unless you're new, raises are few & far between, and minuscule if you're lucky enough to get one. At Trek, the days of valuing long-time experienced employees seem to be over. Yes-men will get the raises and promotions, not necessarily the those who are actually experienced or qualified. Any thinking that is against the grain will label you as a non-team player and you will be ignored.

Pros

Product, people , work-life balance

Cons

Increasing complexity of products, less time, little to no travel that is needed to do the work. Management plays favorites. Management has no empathy for employees. Pay differences are way off. Senior engineer in great standing making less than engineer 2.
