From the beginning I was promised $17 an hour after 30 days of employment. But every time I Brought it up that I was still at $16 the manger kept saying "oh next month" That went on for six Months. Also promise PTO and never received any. Overall low mural toxic environment at one point the manger did not have a schedule up for 3 weeks! It is very clear that trek is new to retail there is no concreate policy's on how to handle situations and run the store. Also the whole shop was white men and we even had POT and Women apply but never seemed to join the team.
