Pros
1) The discounts on bikes, bike accessories, and with Trek Travel. 2) I met some really great people who became good friends.
Cons
1) Toxic culture -- be prepared for lots of gaslighting 2) Low pay and no raises 3) Terrible leaders who absolutely will retaliate if you speak up 4) Very poor business management 5) Give the employees zero resources and expect miracles 6) Severe lack of diversity of people, culture, and thought. If you are not part of the "bro show", you won't survive. 7) Zero employee appreciation or recognition 8) HR is NOT there for you. Don't even bother.
