Pros

New management and new reps have Trekker on the right path. Great product line and the service and support to back it up. Competitive wages----sky is the limit. Unlike other companies...Trekker rewards you for building up territories. Rental and Sales Departments work extremely well together.

Cons

Before Trekker took over, former Case dealer in Florida left a bad taste in a lot of customers mouths.

Great management that cares. Making big changes to continue growth with many opportunities to advance. The company likes to promote from within. Great product line to sell with a large inventory.

Not many cons...the company is committed to their customers and employees. Making necessary changes to continue their growth in the market.

Great management, awesome co-workers, and a company that is growing and affords opportunities to advance.

Cons

The company is taking their business in a new and smart direction and it will take some time and work to get it where we all want it to be. However, with the people in place now, and the team that has been assembled, I am sure that Trekker will be a highly respectable and successful name in Florida.
