Pros

It is a job if your desperate.

Cons

Horrible organization that is extremely dysfunctional. All decisions go through one person. I actually had the owners say in front of me "If we could only have all Puerto Rican employees we would be so much better!" Extremely racist towards anyone whom does not speak spanish fluently.

Pros

Dedicated staff that are committed to providing quality customer service. Cross training, management support and home.office team experience shared across the board.

Cons

There were not to many downsides. The management is great. They welcome ideas from their staff. Health care choices could be better, but overall the company was a pleasure.
