Pros

Decent paycheck if you don't mind the work/life imbalance. You can learn a lot depending on the projects you are assigned.

Cons

Nepotism, discrimination against minorities and females. A toxic culture starting at the top. A lot of good talk, but they don't walk the walk.

Pros

Great pay and bonus system, boutique consulting firm- interesting projects

Cons

Favoritism is rampant...President and high level exec's allow middle management to black ball high performers due to personal vendettas. HR protects no one, allows those with terrible reputation to stay and advance because they are close with the founders. Lots of rose colored glass sold to those interviewing.

Pros

One of the few consulting firms who will hire people who can barely use Microsoft Office but know nothing more about computers, took no technical courses, etc. If you are willing to work very hard, including travel, be available on vacation, etc., and senior management likes you, you can achieve success here. Can learn a lot about banking.

Cons

Odds are you'll get tired of the work-life imbalance and the favoritism won't go in your direction. Lots of people quit--one of the firm's two co-founders isn't even there any more.
