      Trelleborg is a fantastic company that truly values it’s people. Early on in my career Trelleborg saw my talent and put me through a development journey to best way possible nurture and prepare me to take on the next role. Trelleborg is a decentralized organization and it is easy to be a part of decisions and make an impact and #shapeindustryfromtheinside

      Cons

      As there is great benefits with working for a big group with international opportunities - the group is decentralized. This means that it is great opportunities - but you have to take them and communicate to your manager and local management team that you want to take the next step.
