Pros

There were lots of opportunities to grow and develop your career, both in terms of learning (courses and workshops) as well as promoting. The teams were diverse and fun. Great balance of male/female employees (in engineering!). Great compensation and benefits. I felt respected and appreciated as an employee.

Cons

The organizational structure was so large that communication often became stagnant. Company culture was a little stuffy and dated.
