Well to be honest company is good but it's reuning by IDC Bangalore managers
Cons
1.You can see hell out of politics,The politics is taken to the some other level managers. 2.Full of blame game ,Favorisam. 3.If you have any concerne don't raise it to HR cause they are not going to take any action against these managers but normal employees they will take serious action. 4. completely wasting the company money. 5.You can see non BE, btech, people as managers here.They Don't even have a basic eligibility but still they are here. Politics politics politics any political party can take training from these managers that how to do politics. Think infinity times and join this company. This company is only good for managers.
