      Interesting business with potential for growth.

      Cons

      Terrible communication and working atmosphere in the Swiss site. No clear guidance on processes. Difficult ERP system. Cooperation without departments really needs improvement. Poor fringe benefits and pension fund, no company events. Summarizing, this was the worst company I’ve been working for in my career and I wouldn’t recommend it.
