      You will gain great experience in a the sealing industry

      Cons

      If you don't have the connections, they will make you work hard, very hard with little to no recognition. The longer you stay, you will notice the consistent and high turnover rate. Might be helpful to ask about the latest rates during an interview

      almost none... the only thing "good" is the free working style... you can basically leave at ANY TIME!
