      Pros

      Very casual for a European company. The product and its uses is very exciting. Globally positioned which creates travel and relocation opportunities.

      Cons

      Segmented business units create internal hurdles. This often impacts the quality of service that is provided to the customer. Expensive compared to similar suppliers.

      Pros

      Great work with some bright minds, really like the leadership there. Compensation for work is very adequate. Made me feel right at home right away.

      Cons

      Slow growth opportunities. Not everyone is on the same page it seems as far as the engineers, however, this is at a minimum.
