Pros

Most of the jobs are physicaly easy. The factory is kept very clean.

Cons

Middle Management are terrible. The Foremen Play favorites with everthing from dissapline to job bids. Its every man for himself. They keep finding reasons to fire the more senior employees. the company has what they call investigations. If they believe you are not telling the truth during an investigation, you are fired. The raises dont even cover the cost of insurance premium increases.

Pros

Was able to work one to one with General Manager. Able to input ways of going forward with company. Believed I was an important influence with the company.

Cons

Company had older workers from other bankrupt plants that believed that their way was the only way. Pushing change was impossible when older workers did not support. Pay was lower then most other companies in the area. Training was all oral until work instructions were created. Office culture was fine until a month ago when it turned cold.

Top management believe in human resources, they invest in training both local and overseas. Working hours are respected. Numerous opportunities to work abroad within same company short/long term in order to increase knowledge.

Cons

Lower wages than other companies offering similar job for fresh graduates, and few engineers employed thus resulting in significant workload.
