      Pros

      - Learning and onsite opportunities - Employees enjoy work life balance in all domains - Has good flow of projects from Germany which gives an opportunity to interact with global teams. The organization is growing and hence opportunities are great. - Good benefits like canteen and work from home

      Cons

      Don't really have anything in mind. I believe the concept of a 'perfect organization' is non existent. It depends on how you make the best out of your opportunities and learning
