Business Outlook
Pros
Pay is good enough to support a family, buy a home and live a normal life. Always have work. Always have overtime, feels like a family oriented place to work. Healthcare is fair, 401 k matched but could be better handled, managers are decent.
Cons
Hiring to many of the wrong people, need to screen better and test prior to putting on floor. Also they match people to work with one another that don't like each other. Low level mangers need more training and experience talking to employees, some are on the verge of a beating.
