On a good, small team, which was smart, hard-working, productive, supportive, and friendly

Cons

The management chose to overlook everything that our team was doing well, including product innovation and quickly training new hires. They had a narrow-minded focus on bottom-line production, which should not have been the priority for our R&D team. It was misguided and created a severe rift between our team and management.
