      Pros

      Reputation within sealing industry is good. Clean and safe working environment. There were some good people here, sadly many have left or been fired.

      Cons

      Union runs the plant. Corporate is focused on acquisitions more than investing in people. Employee engagement is a buzz word, but no real actions to engage employees. HR views people as replaceable, not as assets. They even have a saying "We pay for the position, not the person".

      High salaries and great medical plan

      Cons

      Constant mirco managing from the management team which is located in Italy. If they know more than us, they should come and work here

      Lots of overtime Shop floor should be air-conditioned fan are not enough and can get hotter than 80 degrees in the work area
