      If you want to learn this is a right company but be aggressive otherwise management will not allow to take the opportunity to learn

      - You wont be treated well in terms of ensuring you receive salary as for the market standards. Sometimes you might end up getting less than your junior is getting paid - Worst management, you wont receive response for your concerns at all
