- Training took 6 mos, series of exams and forced resignation to the employee who failed every module exam before regularization - Regularized after 6 months, management umbrella is unorganized - Management re-arrangement happens every 6-8 mos, which is kind of annoying - Salary increase is very low... Talked to my former colleagues and the highest one got 7% only.... The one being offered by 25+% increase was only close to resignation that's why being given high increase... But the employee also resigned eventually because of the next pointer - Toxic culture. Colleagues are unprofessional and very 'personal' on everything - Location is in traffic hotspot.. you can't walk also for that area is notorious for having snatchers and ice pick slashers. - No Growth... Eventually, they will just make u jump from one team to another to another and another but you will never go up vertically in position. Lucky if you got promoted to senior, but that will only happen after doing a lot of jobs outside your job description - NO SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION. managers expect you to do even their work and reports - THERE'S A LOT OF OTY... OT periods with no pay for the managers just expect you to do it "pahabol" after shift - just don't.... You'll get depressed here.
