Pros

I have been with Trex for almost 5 years now. They have been an excellent company to work for, with great benefits, annual cost of living raises, and they really promote within the company when new positions are available. I work remotely and I was recently promoted within our department.

Cons

I work remotely, so I do feel like I miss out on some of the company culture and benefits that you get from working in an office environment. I think that for a while there was not a lot of cross department communication, but that has definitely been improving over time.

-Great healthcare plan -6% 401K Match -Not a huge ladder structure, only 1-2 levels between an engineer and a VP -Engineers get to tackle large projects and have their opinions heard at many levels. -Management is friendly and all departments are very sociable

Cons

- Some people take a lot of data to convince them of attempting a change - Some managers get bogged down with too many meetings
