Pros

Lots of responsibility for those who want it. Fair compensation. Nice area to work in. Tough construction market, but company positioned well.

Cons

For the relatively small size of company, it is still very "political" and bureaucratic. Quickly went from entrepreneurial to bogged down by process issues and poor computer systems.
