Pros

A paycheck and benefits. That's about it.

Cons

Former CFO and new CEO now in place pushing "cost cutting" What a surprise. Now micro-management from sale managers, busy work, CRM BS and all the other crap that comes with the change. Was a great place under Ron Kaplan who was demanding but fair. Now, CYA at the top and middle management boys club. Sales folks et the gooey end of the stick. Unfortuneate as the comapny was a good place to work. Not now.
