Cons

Cut-throat management environment. Too many managers jockeying for position and territorial disputes. Asking for help is viewed as weakness. Managers do not support their people. Expect all of the blame and none of the credit for your work.

Cons

Poor leadership communication, VP’s don’t communicate. The company is a house of cards being managed just to meet the quarter. Had the misfortune of becoming very sick as I was approaching my first year anniversary and was demoted and pay cut the day before my FMLA was to kick in so I had no choice but to leave look for another job while dealing with a life threatening illness. No family support, they tried everything possible to get me to mess up with FMLA so they could fire me. Stay away from this business it’s a career wrecker. I’ve never seen a business with less regard for employees.
