Pros
Good money when busy for frac work. Over all business plan is good but trying hard to catch up to industry standard. Some very good folk to work with and learn from.
Cons
Drivers sidelined and starved if they raise too many safety concerns. Poor service of Pneumatic trailers and be ready to camp at your delivery points. Rampant verbal abuse by Operations team. Reporting abuses to management may release a "swarm of spiteful bees around you"
