Not enough employees on the corporate side to handle all the work. One person ends up doing several different jobs.

Thank you for your comments! Employee development is something we will be working on over the next few months. We are currently in the process of expanding our award winning onboarding program to include more in-depth training for our new employees which will include specific construction process and other industry related training. Input from employees - especially our new employees will be important in creating the program so expect to see a survey regarding that soon.
