Pros

Good pay, although does not reflect value to the company and the higher the pay the more likely to be cut.

Cons

The parent company, Tri Pointe Group, has put the bottom line above all else. Their leadership structure is flawed, and their strategy for Texas is flawed and aging. Stick to California, because your Texas regional offices can barely pull a 12.5% return after G&A. Hardly reasonable for a residential company. Poor benefits package, good pay but 401k match is 50% up to 6%, we’ll below industry average. Healthcare and dental coverage is subpar with high deductibles.
