The people are wonderful to work with. Open collaboration between teams. A culture of innovation. Ping Pong tournaments and other fun.

Cons

Continued improvements to homes creates re-work, so often you are redoing what you had thought was completed months before.

TPH offers a solid work/life balance, benefits and a great group of people to work with. Upper management really are doing right by their employees, and that carries over to the divisions. Great place to come to everyday.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, honestly.
