Pros

Great Company Atmosphere. Good HR Support and Morale Events. Easy-Going Environment. Friendly Coworkers. Beautiful Homes. Upscale Corporate Office. Earnest attempts at improving some situations that are persistent issues. Weeks pass by very quickly at this job.

Cons

Low Compensation. Unreasonable Expectations from Top-Level Decision Makers. Environment has changed, for the worse, since company migration to becoming Publicly Traded Entity. Lack of appreciation for exceptional performance or going beyond the call of duty. Estimated role performance/Salary not in sync with reality of actual operations performance and requirements.

Thank you for your feedback. Change is always difficult and coupled with a tough market, expectations can become challenging -increasing stress levels and feelings of insecurity. However, our company has a history of navigating this type of environment in the past and by meeting those challenges head on, we will. Regarding your second point, compensation and benefits are evaluated every year and we have recently undergone that evaluation. If there are concerns regarding compensation, please feel free to see HR to discuss your individual situation and to review our program.

Pros

I have a job for now...

Cons

Very concerned ... have no idea what's going on and not informed.. told to not worry about job & then seeing employees that haven't been with the company for less than 18 months being given offices....this really stinks...

Appreciate the feedback. The best way to get information is to ask the right person. Please feel free to see HR, or any member of the senior leadership team with any concerns you may have. It's hard to address concerns that we are unaware of. We have objective criteria for offices and length of service is only one of them. Unfortunately, we have more employees than offices so an objective method is used to decide who is next in line.
