      Great perks, and talent is rewarded regularly. Fun family events bring the company together throughout the year. Opportunities for personal development in the industry are constantly presenting themselves.

      As with any company, learning new and unique systems can be a challenge at first. However, there is always someone to help.

      Great benefits--a company truly concerned about their employees--a company that set the scale for safe working conditions for the contractors and employees--

      Cons

      Keeping up with safety programs that are not the norm for most builders and constantly reviewing and watching proceedures in place.

      We know that at times our safety programs can be challenging. However, we know that keeping our employees and business partners happy, healthy, and safe is the right thing to do.       If you are a motivated, hard worker that wants to grow with a great company- this is the place to do it. Trendmaker has a fun office culture and management team that really wants its employees to enjoy coming to work. If you put in the effort and perform to the best of your ability, you will be successful!
