Take the money, don't ask questions

Pros

Generous benefits and options, good pay, stable company growing rapidly, flexible hours, hard to get fired.

Cons

Every new hire is a "manager" appointed to "manage" all the previous hires at that position. Employees with experience are demoted by having management hired over them. Huge lack of direction from management. Products with months of work put into them are scrapped on a whim. Project timelines are often done in the wrong order with things like design being done following the execution.

Pros

Fantastic benefits, interesting interview process, good compensation. TriNet is still growing rapidly and the future is still very bright. Colleagues are respectful and helpful. My direct supervisor is supportive and helpful, and I feel has my success and career growth in mind.

Cons

Tremendous growth means it can take some time to track down the right person, team or department, but if you are persistent, you can always find someone to help you. Work-life balance is always a challenge at a growing company, but I do think overall TriNet is striving to help employees find this for themselves.

This is a Terrible Company

Pros

If you like working in a crime infested area for a company whose motto should be "CYA above all else" and "We Screw our Employees Out of What They Earn" then this is the company for you.

Cons

The people running this company are not ethical people. They believe in perception and self interest, not actually running a good company. Now that they are a public company, senior managements' behavior is even more erratic.
