Pros

The colleagues, the clients, paid parental leave, PTO, Sick, benefit options.

Cons

Big push for offshore jobs, less U.S. jobs. Stringent salary bands dependent on where you live No room for growth Executive Leadership can’t agree on direction Zero transparency No Work life balance Technology is dated Lots of bandaids vs fixing the existing problems C suite/executive leadership not close with the actual day to day work

Great company

Pros

Good benefits, Good work life balance, travel isn't bad mostly just local rarely overnights. Good tech to help prospecting but could be better. Lots of help for new reps which is a life saver in the sales process.

Cons

This a a high turn over company 70% of new reps leave because this is a hard, complex sell. Your doing 85-90% or more prospecting on your own direct to businesses, building your partners from scratch if you don't already have connections from previous roles. I wont sugar coat it. This sales process and a grind many reps in their 1st year dont even make 1 sale.
