Pros

I would not give them any recognition they need better training

Cons

This company needs to develop a protocol for resigned employees they take employees money once they resign without notification for insurance purposes.

Pros

* Flexible * 7 of 10 people culture also depending on manager, I have heard worse * Training is pretty good

Cons

* Very expensive * Too many cross-functional teams * Too Hard to get a deal to win regardless of solution, medical always comes back more expensive * Implementation can be a nightmare thus losing deals that were already tough to bring in. * TriNet branding is not a name orgs recongnise * Sales is very low for a tech company in the bay area

Pros

Great benefits. Great training. Can quickly ramp you into a sales beast if you work hard. And yes, TriNet is better than competitors in products and services. Have used multiple competitors at other jobs since and none even hold a candle to TriNet.

Cons

Intense environment that will quickly break the weak or slowly burn out the strong.

Pros

Because of the HR domain itself, features usually don't demand cutting edge performance or able to handle maximum number of requests, which resulted in easier technical workload. Flexible WFH policy. Flexible Time Off. Smart Colleagues. Colleague Recognition Program with Marketplace to purchase gift cards, and many other things.

Cons

Processes, processes, and processes. Whether it's the mandatory 4 course training on network security alone, or the process to merge code into the release branch, or the processes to transition a story from development to ready to release, the company is obsessed with having many processes in place, which usually bogs down engineering velocity and work quality. There were also many rules that dictated how employees should behave outside of work, such as discouragement of working in for profit gigs outside of work, or having appropriate LinkedIn profiles, these I found too intrusive. Lack of Transparent Performance review. The upper management decides the grading, and there is a lack of transparency at the engineer level. Low pay. Some engineers are severely underpaid. Lack of cross functional team collaboration. Whether it's engineers in other teams or non engineers, collaboration is lacking and people are not grateful that engineers are there to help or are not patient when they are helping you.

Pros

Fair Pay & benefits Lots of benefit options to choose from (med, dental, vision, etc.) Great product & reputation Second to none tech stack My team culture is amazing, probably depends on your manager, though

Cons

Sales training seems strenuous and long (but very thorough, so not really a con, just something to prepare for.) Pricing is more expensive compared to competitors

INEQUALITY ALL AROUND!

Pros

Great benefits and PTO policy

Cons

--Initial training is just ok. 90 day training from Directors/Mentors is erratic. No ownership is shown, they overrule each other, skip items as they please and don’t follow company standards. Wish for a good one so you learn. Expect most level Directors and local Executives to lead by fear, negative, condescending and demoralizing meetings. Minority groups like LGBTQ+, Blacks and Latinos presence in Inside Sales Bradenton is very minimal. Most of them will also get undeveloped, 100% cold calling territories, even after paying dues and working hard. Close friends get developed territories with most inbound leads and marketing. Territories are unacceptably uneven.

Pros

Pay is good, Benefits are great. Depending on the team lead you get, youll get the help you need. Good luck if your lead is motivational but not helpful navigating you.

Cons

Management - Team - No training - Nobody will get to you now that work has gone remote. No guidance.
