Too much middle management

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Great benefits and training. You can do well if you get a manager who knows what they are doing.

Cons

Too much middle management and too many meetings. Average of 10 hours per week just reporting to the many layers of management. It's like working for a government agency. The company resigns territories and sales direction on sales reps too frequently.

Make your number or find a new job

Pros

Great Benefits, Excellent Training, decent office culture

Cons

Management only cares if you hit your number, minimal support to help you get there. Lack of accepting responsibility from management. Internal service issues kill the deals you are able to get across the line. This job is not for the faint of heart, it will be the hardest job you have ever had.

Pros

Incredible, seriously incredible sales training. Great place to build out your ecosystem and become an expert in your vertical. Product has great value which makes it a desirable sale. Great base plus commission structure. Incredible people work here.

Cons

Its a big boy job, not the easy laid back entry level sales gig some people are looking for. However if you put in the work the rewards are huge.

Great Company to work for

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

-Resources for sales people, tons of training and technology to make you successful -Management and leadership investment in your success, they say it all the time, but they also mean it and will follow through on supporting you to succeed -Positive work environment with helpful and non-toxic coworkers -Huge income potential -Good mix of structure and resources of a larger company, but they still value creativity and allow for new ideas

Cons

This job is hard work. They hire sales consultants that have 5+ years of sales experience that are likely not expecting to have to hit the phones and prospect in the way you have to for this job. On top of that it's a very complicated sale, there are tons of intricacies and the learning curve is steep.

INEQUALITY ALL AROUND!

Business Outlook

Pros

Great benefits and PTO policy

Cons

--Initial training is just ok. 90 day training from Directors/Mentors is erratic. No ownership is shown, they overrule each other, skip items as they please and don’t follow company standards. Wish for a good one so you learn. Expect most level Directors and local Executives to lead by fear, negative, condescending and demoralizing meetings. Minority groups like LGBTQ+, Blacks and Latinos presence in Inside Sales Bradenton is very minimal. Most of them will also get undeveloped, 100% cold calling territories, even after paying dues and working hard. Close friends get developed territories with most inbound leads and marketing. Territories are unacceptably uneven.
