It's the main TriStar hospital in the HCA network, so you get to see a lot of interesting things. Ratios are appropriate for the most part. Compensation/benefits are competitive. It's a great hospital in terms of quality of care.

Cons

Profit driven Very corporate Hospital is chronically understaffed with nurses (but this is a problem everywhere) Most floors do not have techs
