Employees who care about patients, okay benefits

Cons

Management is continually taking away things like callbackpay, weekend pay, reducing the cafeteria hours. Older nurses get canned when they get close to retirement age. CEO of Southern Hills says he does stand up meetings with staff...he only did that once in four years and kept taking phone calls then left early.
