Pros

decent pay, benefits, PTO, flexable scheduling

Cons

Favortism to particular nurses, getting rid of experienced nurses, high overturn of floor RN's. Management seems to think that one RN can do everything! Too overwhelming. Frequently not enough staff to provide quality care. Company is relying on surveys from patients.

Pros

Somewhat supportive management in getting what you need educationally, mostly great staff to work with.

Cons

Surgeons allowed to be fairly abusive, supply chain issues causing surgical team to do a lot of running around getting supplies/instruments that should have been on the case cart. Ends up being pretty exhausting and frustrating.
