Pros

great teamwork, immediate management (unit manager/assistant manager) very approachable and supportive. Open door policy. When there are issues , attempts are made to rectify instead of sweeping under the rug or wating for them to become worse.

Cons

Typical staffing issues that any facility usually experiences. More staff is a common complaint. There is no float pool in women's hospital, so you are expected to float to different units.

Pros

staff very helpful with new grads nursing managers usually very helpful and understanding

Cons

no techs on any floor besides the ortho floor and most floors, especially med-surg floors with multiple total care patients and not many resources seems to be a more business and money hungry hospital than a safe care facility providing the resources needed
