      Newer hospital, looks good but don't let that fool you, benefits average but not as good as some smaller places I've worked which is sad for such a large organization

      Cons

      Management is lacking. They do not listen to employees especially the new management. They don't provide the supplies you need to do your job. Start new programs with staff that aren't trained enough to do what they should to treat that population of clients.
