Pros

I was a joy to participate in a collaborative effort with Behavioral Health personnel in providing quality behavior health initiatives to help foster stabilization in the lives of those that we served.

Cons

There were occasions where we were understaffed relative to patient load and patient acuity.

Pros

Teamwork is what works in our department. Our shift comes together and get the job done. Helping each other throughout the day makes things easier.

Cons

Some cons working a the hospital is that it has a high turnover rate. We don't have enough staff to get the job done. New grads training new people when they haven't been trained fully.
