      Pros

      staff very helpful with new grads nursing managers usually very helpful and understanding

      Cons

      no techs on any floor besides the ortho floor and most floors, especially med-surg floors with multiple total care patients and not many resources seems to be a more business and money hungry hospital than a safe care facility providing the resources needed

      The atmosphere of hopeful people makes for a decent and enjoyable atmosphere. Best pay among hospitals in the area Management can be on time with certain concerns

      There can be times where it is Short staff And the Turn over of employees doesn't help
