Pros

The people in Peri-Op/PACU are wonderful to work with. Anesthesia docs are great. Surgeons are pretty nice.

Cons

Worst pay in Nashville. Other hospitals paying $10 more per hour on average. You can’t afford to live in Nashville with these rates - you have to live far out to be able to afford housing.
