Pros

-5 patient ratio unlike many others that give you 6 -Great benefits -Great training and education team -Panera bread and Starbucks in the hospital so it’s easy to access if you order before heading down.

Cons

-No techs! You have to do everything by yourself! -high turn over, so you’re likely trained by other new grads/new nurses -understaffed (like most local hospitals)

Pros

Patient ratios are good, and do not go over

Cons

The pay could be better. As of right now, Vanderbilt and Saint Thomas pay better.
