Pros

Owner makes or buys lunch often (if that is a pro)

Cons

Owner has unrealistic expectations. He requires you to be available for work even past working schedule. No salary or wages. When I was paid checks bounced. He often makes promises and doesn't keep them. Changing protocol and commission's daily. Unorganized. Unprofessional. He lies not just to his employees but to his Clients.

Pros

Great Management, especially the President of the company.They care about their employees and support them in any way they can. Best in class technical team and support.

Cons

I would say work-life balance but this is really the case with any sales job. Salaries aren't the greatest but decent comp plan if you make your quota.
