Pros

If management likes you you will have a good time. They can be very judgemental and not give you a chance.

Cons

It's a small company so not much room to grow. You have to be really well liked to get a raise, don't expect very many of those. Too much gossip and preference within the office and with management.

Owner makes or buys lunch often (if that is a pro)

Cons

Owner has unrealistic expectations. He requires you to be available for work even past working schedule. No salary or wages. When I was paid checks bounced. He often makes promises and doesn't keep them. Changing protocol and commission's daily. Unorganized. Unprofessional. He lies not just to his employees but to his Clients.
